What are the fees for BRXS Private Ownership?

A deal can carry up to two fees, one on each side:
- Seller fee, paid by the seller to their own listing partner: the party that offers the property on their behalf.
- Buyer fee, paid by the buyer to their own investment manager: the party that presents the deal to them.
BRXS as the venue is never the recipient of either fee. BRXS’s own commercial team can act as the partner on either side of a deal, and then earns that side’s fee like any other partner.
Fees are set per deal
Each fee is agreed per deal, and either side’s fee can be absent. In some deals the buyer pays no fee at all, for example when the party presenting the deal is compensated on the seller side.
When a fee is owed
A fee is owed once the deal becomes unconditional: both parties are then committed, before the notarial transfer.
Fee transparency
Any fee that applies to you is disclosed during the deal process, before you commit to anything. Notary fees, transfer tax and other closing costs are separate and are not tracked by BRXS.
