BRXS Properties is a real estate company. We acquire residential real estate, which we manage, rent out and eventually sell. For the (re) financing of real estate objects we can offer notes in a series of notes. The net proceeds of each series of notes is to finance a specific real estate object. Participants in a series will receive a fixed interest (which is calculated based on the net monthly rental income on offer), for each serie of notes we set up a lien and we may also pay out a bonus interest from time to time to all note holders in BRXS Properties. After we sell a property we repay the loan back to note holders.
The platform on which we offer our investments is build and managed by BRXS.
