When investing with BRXS, you are buying notes that gives you the right to receive a fixed annual interest, paid on a quarterly basis, and the repayment of your loan in the a series of notes.
This interest payment is fixed for the hold period for each serie of notes. Additionally we may issue a bonus interest from time to time to all investors of BRXS Properties. This bonus interest is defined by the overall cash reserve for BRXS Properties. This bonus interest may be paid once or several times during the hold period if we have sufficient free reserves (after we have met all of our financial obligations) and if it is possible to pay a bonus interest to all of our note holders.
BRXS is applying for a full AFM license in 2023 as it extends its activities.
