How are the investment properties managed?

BRXS Properties takes care of all aspects of property management, so investors don’t have to worry about the day-to-day responsibilities of being a landlord. Our comprehensive property management includes:

  1. Maintenance Management: We oversee all property maintenance and repairs, ensuring the properties remain in excellent condition

  2. Tenant Services: We handle finding suitable tenants, managing lease agreements, addressing tenant concerns, and ensuring rental payments are collected

  3. Administrative Management: We take care of all administrative tasks including accounting, property insurances, and property taxes

For some of these tasks, BRXS Properties may engage a professional property management firm with local expertise to ensure optimal service delivery.

A management fee (typically 6-8% of gross rental income) is deducted from the rental income before quarterly distributions to investors. This fee covers the ongoing management services provided. All net rental income figures and expected returns communicated on our platform already include this management fee, so there are no hidden costs to consider when evaluating potential investments.
