BRXS Properties makes money through three primary fee types:
- Transaction Fee: Applied when selling an investment or when a property is sold
- Offering Fee: Covers property acquisition costs, including sourcing, negotiations, administration, setup, managing renovations
- Management Fees: Typically 6-8% of gross rent, covering property management tasks
All estimated returns shown are already net of fees. The actual fees are always transparently displayed on the property detail pages.
Important to note that account opening and maintenance are free, and no management fee is charged during periods without rental income.
